Latham Capital is a U.S.-based, private equity fund that provides project funding in the form of equity (that is secured by debt instruments) for a wide variety of industries and project types.
The Latham Capital team is comprised of seasoned debt and equity professionals, all of whom bring decades of knowledge and experience to the table. Latham team members have an average of 30+ years of deal origination and funding experience. Combined, our team has originated, underwritten or closed more than 20,000 transactions of all types and dollar amounts. You can be confident that our team stands ready, willing and able to assist you with the funding of your next project.

The Latham team is united in its belief that the traditional "one size fits all" approach to project finance is obsolete and that it is often an impediment to success. As such, all of our funding structures are bespoke.
Money shouldn't be the reason good people are unable to
bring good ideas to fruition
Our team feels strongly that money should not be an impediment to initiating your project. To this end we waive or pay for all fees including application fee(s), appraisal fees, closing costs and commissions.
We don't invest in businesses;
we invest in people
Unlike commercial lenders and other private equity funds, we are not exclusively focused on bottom-line returns. Alternatively, we are driven by our strong desire to positively impact people and the environment. We achieve this by funding strong projects that are managed by good people.
